Audio/Visual Requirements:
To get the most out of the presentation it is important to be heard clearly. It would be appreciated if your school could provide the best sound system it has to offer.
All-School Assemblies/Conferences/Keynotes:
SOUND: A cordless hand-held microphone would be appreciated (If not available a microphone wired with at least 50 feet of cord)
SEATING: If the presentation is to be presented in a gymnasium, please have the audience sit on one side of the gym, and fill in the rows from the front to the back. If in an auditorium, please fill up the front seats first. If the program is at a hotel or conference room, please arrange chairs in theatre style seating.
Workshops and Breakout Sessions:
SOUND: For a large group requirements are the same as above.
SEATING: If possible, have the audience seated in theater style, not at tables.
MATERIALS: PowerPoint projector and screen will be needed for all presentations.
